Job Purpose & Scope

As an Industrial Electrician Apprentice youll work alongside seasoned professionals in a modern high-volume manufacturing environment developing your skills growing your expertise and laying the foundation for a rewarding electrical career in a global industry leader.

What you will be doing:

Work under licensed electricians to install maintain and repair complex electrical systems and equipment.
Support conduit and wiring installations troubleshooting and equipment testing to keep production running smoothly.
Develop the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints to execute tasks with precision.
Assist in preventive maintenance equipment upgrades and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Follow all safety protocols and participate in training to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Take part in structured classroom sessions and on-the-job training preparing for your Industrial Electrician certification.

What you bring:

High school diploma and a 2-year College Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Technician Diploma.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems strong math skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in industrial environmentsincluding heights and confined spaceswith appropriate training.
Willingness to learn follow direction and adapt to new technologies.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Class G Drivers License and ability to pass required in-house and final apprenticeship exams.
