Natural Resources Access Regulator (NRAR) enforces the NSW water laws and offers guidance and education to help water users comply. The Investigations & Enforcement team within NRAR is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager Investigations & Enforcementin an ongoing full-time basis.
About You
The Senior Manager Investigations and Enforcement coordinates the operations of the investigation region to achieve effective efficient transparent and accountable investigation and enforcement outcomes. The role provides expert advice on compliance and enforcement matters to the Director and other NRAR branches to support regulatory priority implementation develop capability inform policy development and risk management strategies. The Senior Manager Investigations and Enforcement drives initiatives to ensure best practice and continuous improvement in the conduct of investigations and enforcement activities.
