On-the-job educational programs for nurses psychologists advanced practice providers psychiatrists and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers.

What Will You Do
As an Assistant Supervisor at Pine Rest youll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and general supervision and according to departmental policies and procedures and within the individual plan of care performs the role of physical and emotional care given to clients with mental illness and/or developmental delays. Is responsible to actively participate in safety management milieu management crisis intervention and prevention. The Assistant Supervisor isdedicated to excellent customer service enthusiastic about the care we offer and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment in a diverse workplace.

What Does This Role Require

Education/Experience:

• Work requires the ability to read understand and follow directions and do computations at a level typically acquired in high school or equivalent. An Associates Degree or equivalent knowledge skills and abilities may be required.

• Minimum of three months experience in related field.

• Ability to provide culturally inclusive care with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community setting.

• Strong organizational skills are required to prioritize a variety of job tasks and functions. Ability to multi-task.

• Proficiency of electronic systems is required to perform tasks using data and/or ability to learn systems.
