Job Summary

Calibration Technician at Palen Kimball Calibration

Shift: Monday Friday 8am-4:30pm

Salary: $35-44 hourly

Location: Twin Cities Minneapolis (some travel maybe required)

Requirements:

You must be 18 years old.
You must be able to pass a drug test.
You must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check.
For safety reasons you must be able to speak English.
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
5 years of experience in calibration
PMEL/Military experience desirable
Knowledge and experience with Electrical Physical and Mechanical Calibration of equipment such as Oscilloscopes Multimeters Hipot Testers Temperature and Humidity Controllers Pressure Gauges and Dimensional Equipment
Experience with Indysoft Preferred

Job Duties:

As you might expect technical work and customer service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part you can expect to:

Review of customer requirements
Perform calibration
Maintain vehicles
Recording of data
Assist in training of new employees
Fill out work orders
Complete calibration certificates
