Our client a leading financial services company and one of the nations premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with law firm experience to join their Northern New Jersey team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the NJ real estate market.
Candidate Profile
- JD or paralegal certificateis required
- 25 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience in alaw firm setting
- Strong knowledge ofcommercial real estate law includingfederalandstate title insuranceregulations
- Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships
Qualifications:
- High energy persistence and accountability for results
- PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE DEMEANOR PRESENTATION ETC.)
- Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
- Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels in-person and virtually
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillswith the ability to assesscomplex real estate transactions
- Valid drivers license required for territory travel
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters
- Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
- Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business while strengthening existing client relationships
- Engage with law firm clients and real estate agents brokers and lenders through calls in-person meetings and virtual presentations
- Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling tailored presentations
- Maintain strong visibility in the NJ commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions

- Annual base salary of $75000-$200000 as determined by job-related knowledge skills experience business requirements and market factors
