Job Summary

Behavioral Health Therapist (IOP)
Phoenix Peoria Deer Valley AZ

Join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team supporting adults with substance use PTSD re-entry challenges and co-occurring conditions through individual and group therapy.

Pay:

Masters/Associate (no license): $28$29/hr
Licensed (LPC LCSW LISAC): $30$31/hr

What Youll Do:

Facilitate IOP groups (23 hrs/day 5 days/week)
Provide individual therapy & treatment plans
Document sessions within 24 hours
Use evidence-based practices (CBT MI REBT etc.)

Requirements:

Masters or Associate degree in Behavioral Health
Independent license for higher tier
2 yrs experience preferred
CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation
Must be 21 with background TB & drug/alcohol clearance
