Location: Cranbourne VIC
Licensed Capacity: 104
Hourly Rate: $35.35 $43.54 per hour (depending on qualification and experience)
About the Role
At Busy Bees at Cranbourne we are looking for passionate and reliable Casual Educators to join our Hive. This role is ideal for flexible educators who enjoy working across different age groups and supporting our permanent team to deliver exceptional education and care.
As a Busy Bees Casual Educator you will:
Support educators in delivering high-quality programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Engage with children through play-based learning supporting their curiosity and wellbeing.
Maintain a safe clean and positive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Adapt to new rooms teams and routines as needed.
What Youll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Sound understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Reliable flexible and enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork.
