Job Description

An inclusive and nurturing primary school in Hounslow is seeking an experienced and compassionate EYFS Teacher to join their team from after October half-term 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and empathetic educator who has a strong background in special educational needs (SEN) and a passion for early years education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage ensuring that every child including those with additional needs is supported to make excellent progress both academically and socially.

Start Date: After October Half-Term 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan deliver and assess engaging EYFS lessons tailored to meet a range of learning needs
  • Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals to implement individual learning plans
  • Create a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
  • Monitor and evaluate progress ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to encourage active involvement in their childs learning
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold the schools inclusive ethos

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Excellent differentiation and behaviour management skills
  • A compassionate and patient approach to teaching
  • Strong teamwork communication and organisational abilities
