Year 3 Teacher | ASAP Start | Lovely Primary School in West London

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacherto join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow. This full-time role initially covers maternity leave until December 2025 with the position becoming permanent from January 2026. The class includes pupils with strong SEND needs offering an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in childrens academic and personal development.

Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan deliver and differentiate lessons for Year 3 students addressing diverse learning needs including strong SEND.
Assess and monitor pupil progress providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
Maintain a safe positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum activities and share best practices.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
Support pupils social emotional and academic development with particular attention to those with SEND.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Year 3 or lower Key Stage 2 students.
Experience supporting pupils with SEND is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about teaching and committed to inspiring children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
