We are seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support children with additional learning needs in the Early Years Foundation Stage helping them develop academically socially and emotionally from the very start of their school journey.

EYFS SEN Teacher Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated play-based lessons tailored to children with SEND.
Observe assess and monitor pupil progress keeping accurate records and reports.
Collaborate with classroom teachers support staff and external agencies to develop personalised learning plans.
Provide guidance and support to staff on inclusive teaching strategies.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding childrens progress and strategies to support learning at home.
Promote a positive inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
EYFS SEN Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in EYFS with children who have SEND.
Strong knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and SEND frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about inclusion and committed to supporting every childs development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
