Duration: 11-week

Shift: 12-hour Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $1044 - $1152; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for an 11-week assignment in Elkins WV. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to patients ensuring high-quality compassionate and efficient care during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Monitor patients health conditions and report changes to the registered nurse or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accordingly.
Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience.
BLS certification required.
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
