Shift: 12-hour Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $1044 - $1152; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a 12-week night shift contract in Elkins WV. The LPN will provide direct patient care during the overnight hours ensuring the comfort safety and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
Document patient care and observations accurately in medical records.
Collaborate effectively with registered nurses physicians and other healthcare team members.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment following facility policies and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention as appropriate.
Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience.
BLS certification required.
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
