Job Description
CT- Technologist (Day Shift)
- Thursday: 11 AM 11 PM
- Friday: 11 AM 11 PM
- Saturday: 7 PM 7 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Watertown NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in CT imaging hold current certifications and demonstrate strong knowledge of radiologic procedures and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and assist radiologists in diagnosing medical conditions.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Operate CT equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
- Collaborate with radiologists nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- At least 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience.
- Prefer specific experience and training in Radiology.
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license required.
- Strong knowledge of radiologic procedures and safety protocols.
Additional Info:
- Will accept local candidates.
- Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Watertown NY 13601.
