Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Payrate: $40 - $45/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN (per diem) opportunity at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Gloucester MA. The ideal candidate will have a background in long-term care or post-acute settings and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct resident assessments and update care plans accordingly
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions
Supervise LPNs CNAs and other healthcare support staff
Accurately document all care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Ensure compliance with federal state and facility policies and procedures
Provide compassionate and effective nursing care in a skilled nursing environment

Requirements:

Active and valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing facility
Proficiency in EMR systems
Strong communication critical thinking and leadership abilities
