Job Description:
Must-haves:
- Valid drivers license.
- Physical ability to move throughout the plant and perform activities like climbing reaching and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial production environment (or 7 years with a high school diploma or GED).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel and Word).
- Solid background in Operations planning programs (like JD Edwards).
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with various personalities.
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
- Engineering background in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience as an Operations Supervisor in a similar field.
Years of Experience: At least 5 years (with a Bachelors degree) or 7 years (with a high school diploma or GED).
Industry Experience: Industrial production environment preferably in mining or operations supervision.
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience) Alternatively a high school diploma or GED with additional experience.
