Job Description
Pharma Business Analyst with SCM (manufacturing)
Location: Princeton New Jersey
Duration :Long Term
About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Business Analyst to join our team with more than 3 years of these focused on supply chain function.
This role will involve working closely with clients and internal teams to understand business needs gather requirements for a solution analyse processes and supporting testing and implementation of solutions that drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents process maps and data models.
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers project managers and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases; participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams during project implementation and post-launch.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Masters or bachelors degree in business administration Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in a business analyst role with 3 or more years of these focused on supply chain function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Visio Jira Confluence).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Previous experience working in the life sciences domain is a plus
