Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Were seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building performant scalable and user-friendly web applications end to end - from backend services to polished front-end experiences. Youll collaborate closely with designers product managers and data engineers to deliver high-impact features and modern digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using and modern frameworks (e.g. Express NestJS).
Build and maintain front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Vue or Angular) ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
Implement and manage data access layers integrating with relational and non-relational databases.
Develop clean well-tested code following best practices for security performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers data engineers QA) to plan deliver and iterate on new features.
Participate in code reviews architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to CI/CD workflows cloud deployments and production monitoring as part of a DevOps-oriented culture.

Required Qualifications

3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend JavaScript/TypeScript developer.
Strong hands-on expertise with and related frameworks (Express NestJS etc.).
Solid front-end experience with at least one major framework (React preferred).
Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration; GraphQL experience is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases including schema design and query optimization.
Experience with version control (Git) code reviews and modern software development workflows.
Strong understanding of web application architecture authentication/authorization and security best practices.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript in both front- and back-end contexts.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest Playwright Cypress etc.).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
An eye for UX/UI quality and performance.
