CK Group are recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a Pharmaceutical Services company who are based in Central Belt Scotland on a
permanent basis.
Location: This role is field based. Role:
- Develop and build-on relationships with existing clients, ensuring service satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and qualify leads and generate new customers.
- Develop proposals and quotations and negotiate contract terms
- Represent the company at industry events and in external forums.
- Maintain and take ownership of forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Your Background:- Educated to degree level or above in life sciences or a related field with previous experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical/contract services business.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to balance retaining existing business with generating new business.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulated laboratory environments.
