Key skills: Oracle SCM (Techno-functional) with FTZ (Free Trade Zone) knowledge mandatory

Looking for a candidate with 8 years of experience with
Deep knowledge of Oracle SCM modules including Order Management (OM) Inventory (INV) Purchasing (PO) and especially Global Trade Management (GTM).
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients particularly those with FTZ operations to understand their specific needs and challenges related to global trade and customs compliance.
Proven experience with or strong understanding of free trade zone operations customs compliance and international trade processes
Configure Oracle SCM modules with a strong emphasis on Global Trade Management (GTM) to meet FTZ requirements including managing licenses denied party screening and product classification
Creates technical designs writes technical documents and develops customizations using platform capabilities like Oracle Application Composer Groovy scripts and BI Publisher reports.
Strong expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules technical tools (SQL PL/SQL Groovy BI Publisher) and integration methods (SOAP REST).
Good knowledge in import/export duty deferral bonded warehouse operations customs reporting.
Ability to work on complex business needs perform fit-gap analysis and devise creative solutions for technical and business challenges
Ability to analyse complex business requirements troubleshoot technical issues and identify potential solutions.
Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale Oracle EBS integrations with third-party/custom applications.
