We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Typist to join our team. This is an easy repetitive task-based role ideal for someone who is comfortable working on a computer can follow instructions and types accurately. Youll be responsible for entering updating and managing data in digital systems from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update information into spreadsheets databases or company software
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain records of activities and tasks
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Follow instructions and formatting guidelines carefully
Communicate with your team via email or chat (as needed)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
Basic computer and typing skills (30 words per minute preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection
Familiarity with basic office software (e.g. MS Excel Google Sheets) is a plus
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
