Job Summary
This role supports the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives to enhance Swissquote Banks operational scalability service quality and continuous improvement this role you will:
- Execute operational transformation initiatives across banking domains.
- Conduct data-driven analyses using SQL and scripting languages to improve process efficiency and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop reports and visualisations to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis process mapping and business case development.
- Assist in change management through documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate across departments to implement operational improvements.
- Apply banking-specific knowledge to align initiatives with business needs.
Qualifications :
Professional & Technical Background:
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in analytics reporting process analysis or operational/compliance functionsideally within banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction manipulation and analysis tools particularly SQL.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. PHP JavaScript) and process automation technologies.
- Experience documenting and maintaining business processes and procedures.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage.
