Job Summary

Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving storage picking packing and shipping.
Manage and develop warehouse staff; recruit train and evaluate performance.
Ensure inventory accuracy proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Monitor and control warehouse budget labor costs and productivity KPIs.
Implement process improvements and technology solutions (WMS automation lean practices).
Maintain high standards of safety quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with logistics procurement and production teams to align operations with business goals.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications :

Bilingual in Korean
Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain or related field (preferred).
57 years of warehouse/logistics experience with at least 23 years in a management role.
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) ERP and MS Office.
Proven track record in process optimization cost control and team development.
Physical ability to oversee active warehouse operations.
