Job Description
- Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving storage picking packing and shipping.
- Manage and develop warehouse staff; recruit train and evaluate performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and control warehouse budget labor costs and productivity KPIs.
- Implement process improvements and technology solutions (WMS automation lean practices).
- Maintain high standards of safety quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics procurement and production teams to align operations with business goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual in Korean
- Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain or related field (preferred).
- 57 years of warehouse/logistics experience with at least 23 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) ERP and MS Office.
- Proven track record in process optimization cost control and team development.
- Physical ability to oversee active warehouse operations.
