Your Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
Address areas such as mobility strength balance motor planning and positioning
Provide direct therapy in school-based settings
Collaborate with teachers families and educational staff to support carryover of strategies
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state regulations
What Were Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or eligible)
DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication collaboration and time management skills
A passion for helping students thrive in their educational environments

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
