About the Role

As part of our evolving Social Value (SV) strategy we are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to join us in a part-time capacity to support our customer Department of Finance in delivering meaningful social impact.
This role is ideal for someone living with a disability who is looking for flexible purpose-driven work. You will work closely with the Social Value Manager and the client account team to co-ordinate and deliver initiatives that promote inclusion community engagement and long-term social benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of Social Value initiatives aligned to our clients goals and community priorities.
- Assist in coordinating small-scale community engagement activities both virtual and in-person (where accessible).
- Help maintain records of activities outcomes and feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to storytelling and communications that highlight the impact of our clients Social Value work.
- Participate in regular check-ins with the Social Value Manager to share updates and shape future activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure initiatives are inclusive and accessible.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- A genuine interest in community engagement and social impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Comfortable using basic IT tools (e.g. email Word Teams).
- Willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
- Experience (voluntary or professional) in community education or advocacy work is a plus.
