As part of Hilton Genevas growth and commitment to excellence we are created a new Sales Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our world-class sales team and contribute to our ongoing success.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strong relationships with clients generating new business opportunities and maximizing existing accounts across key market segments. You will represent Hiltons brand values and deliver exceptional service while achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
This role comes at an exciting time as we grow our team during the major reopening of our hotel following extensive renovations. You will play a key role in positioning our refreshed product in the market and driving its commercial success.
The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in leading and supervising the Sales Team. He / she oversees and directs all aspects of the negotiation and coordination process as well as the successful handling of Corporate / M.I.C.E. / Leisure events as assigned. This role leads the Sales team to ensure smooth operation of the department to maximize business opportunities.
What will I be doing
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Proactively identify qualify and solicit new business opportunities across corporate MICE leisure and group segments.
Manage and grow existing accounts through regular client interaction account reviews and tailored proposals.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the hotels business objectives and Hilton commercial priorities.
Conduct site inspections presentations and client meetings to showcase Hiltons facilities services and value propositions.
Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Events teams to optimize sales opportunities and ensure seamless delivery.
Prepare contracts proposals and reports with accuracy and in line with Hilton standards.
Maintain accurate records and activities in Hiltons CRM system.
Represent Hilton at trade shows client events and networking opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
