Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple IT security projects from goal definition to final delivery.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement optimal solutions.
- Oversee project execution using Prince2/PMP and Agile/Scrum methodologies managing risks budget quality security and change.
- Work closely with the Security team to ensure alignment with governance frameworks policies and compliance requirements (ISO27001 NIS2 CIS Controls).
- Organize and facilitate steering committee meetings communicate progress and decisions.
- Manage project closure and decommissioning ensuring long-term sustainability.
Qualifications :
General Skills:
- Masters degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in transversal IT project management and cybersecurity (systems networks data centers application development).
- Strong knowledge of security standards (CIS Controls ISO27001) and topics such as vulnerability management hardening and privileged access management.
- Proven experience working with stakeholders at all levels up to executive management.
- Excellent communication skills in French Dutch and English.
- Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Project management certification (Prince2 PMP Agile/Scrum) is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Results-driven tenacious analytical and pragmatic problem-solver.
- Proactive and forward-thinking.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices and technologies (network security endpoint protection vulnerability management IAM).
- Ability to translate compliance requirements (ISO27001 NIS2 CIS Controls) into concrete deliverables.
- Comfortable working with both technical experts and business stakeholders.
Technical Environment:
- Main on-premises platform: Windows with increasing use of Linux.
- Cloud: AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and other Azure services.
- DevOps/automation stack: Azure DevOps & Docker Kubernetes Ansible Chocolatey Azure Powershell MsBuild Windows DSC.
