Assistant Manager Pioneer Tavern
Sitting just off The Northern Road in Penrith South The Pioneer Tavern is a local favourite and pillar in the community.
We believe in delivering experiences to remember whether it is a long overdue family lunch in our Family Bistro or a quick stop in for a beer in our Sports Bar with mates. No matter what the occasion we strive to deliver quality service delicious food and refreshing brews.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar bistro or gaming room block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
