As an Associate Brand Manager for Fiberon brand you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and customer engagement across our outdoor living product lines. Youll serve as a key liaison between marketing sales and our channel partnersincluding distributors dealers and contractorsensuring that our brand strategies are effectively executed in the field.

What Youll Do
- Support Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing brand plans and go-to-market strategies for Fiberon products ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Channel Marketing Collaboration: Partner with distributors dealers and contractors to deliver tailored marketing programs that drive awareness engagement and sales.
- Program Management: Coordinate the execution of dealer and contractor programs including co-branded campaigns merchandising and promotional initiatives.
- Product Launch Support: Help manage the rollout of new products ensuring consistent messaging and effective communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing program effectiveness and gather feedback to optimize future initiatives.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Support relationships with external partners to ensure high-quality on-brand execution of marketing deliverables.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in brand management marketing or related field
- Proven track record of successfully executing brand strategies and driving business results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools social media platforms CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Building materials and/or sustainability experience
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and platforms such as Copilot GPT-3 OpenAI or similar

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55000 USD - $77000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
