This onsite Project Analyst (PA) position based in Richardson Texas (Cityline Bldg) will provide analytical and program support to Cost Account Managers (CAM) on a variety of tasks. Plan compile format and manipulate technical/analytical data. Interpret and maintain program requirements for project repositories. Acts as the liaison between Engineering and the Value Stream Office flowing overall programproject status. Track tasks and requirements to ensure the teams are on target to meet their deadlines. Serves as the focal for analyzing and reporting and presenting program metrics.

What You Will Do

• Analysis and modeling of site-specific space needs and timelines

• Developing programmatic approaches to addressing communication issues

• Track and manage all Engineering Coordination Memos (ECMs) and closure plan

• Assist and model Current Execution Index (CEI) tracking

• Orchestrate Risk and Opportunity (R&O) at the program level

• Backup staffing focal

• Various program tasks as directed by engineering leadership

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

• Experience with Microsoft O365 tools

• Active or Existing Secret Security Clearance Preferred

• Excel and Power BI expertise

• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities

• Strong communicator and collaborator across functions

• Comfortable flexing between structured projects and ad-hoc urgent tasks

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
