Account Executive (Strategic Partnerships)

Compensation: $100K $150K Competitive Equity
About the Role
Were looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive recruiter acquisition and strategic partnerships for a rapidly scaling recruiting this role youll sell into one of the most dynamic user bases imaginable independent recruiters and boutique recruiting agencies building relationships that can turn a single close into a multi-seven-figure account.
This is a unique mix of sales partnerships and market creation. Youll own the recruiter acquisition funnel end-to-end from sourcing and pitching to expansion and retention while shaping the playbook that scales the platform to thousands of partners.
On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco (Jackson Square).
What Youll Do
- Own recruiter and agency acquisition prospect pitch close and expand accounts
- Qualify and onboard high-potential partners that align with company standards
- Develop outbound systems and processes that consistently generate pipeline
- Build and nurture deep relationships with top recruiting agencies and independents
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply with marketplace demand and drive growth
What Were Looking For
- 38 years of experience in sales partnerships or business development at a high-growth startup
- Proven outbound sales track record top performer Presidents Club or quota crusher
- Experience selling into SMB and mid-market segments with enterprise-level upside
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Bonus: experience in recruiting marketplaces or fintech sectors
