Job Description
Requisition Summary
PACCAR Parts has an exciting Pricing summer internship opening within our Pricing Department in Renton WA.
The selected candidate will:
- Learn different types of Pricing Strategies.
- Build relationships and effectively communicate with PACCAR suppliers.
- Utilize time management and prioritization to ensure projects are on schedule.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience with Servigistics and SIS applications.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Improve customer uptime by collaborating with the team and processing NOFs (Not on File Parts).
- Support price actions and objectives to increase incremental margin growth.
- Determine new part pricing based on part attributes and market strategies.
- Analyze programs for completeness and accuracy and process updates to the ASI system including price cost sourcing part attributes and preloading new supplier product offerings.
- Research eCommerce websites to update/add new competitive data benchmarks.
- Present concepts learned in Pricing to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications
- Marketing or Economics related coursework or internship experience preferred
- Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a self-starter personality
Education
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Junior or senior standing preferred

Wage Scale or Salary Range
The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:
- Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour
- Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour
- Additionally this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
