In order to support the Quality Product & Service Line Airbus is looking for a
Digital Solution Owner (d/f/m)
We are a passionate and caring international team with a solid intrapreneurship ambition organized in an Agile at scale setup.
The Quality Standard Audit & Surveillance product provides digital solutions for quality standards (BMS) the entire audit lifecycle (planning execution and finding remediation) and ongoing surveillance activities.
Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities
You lead the IT Product/Application team in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLAs
You are responsible for Continuous Release Management
You ensure the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use and ensure solutions that best serves both.
You ensure that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner.
You defines chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services.
You define the product with its subordinate applications and respective teams and manage the go-to-market of the product and service (support line).
Desired skills and qualifications
You have a strong academic foundation holding a Masters degree (or an equivalent) in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Youre an experienced project manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex high-impact solutions.
You thrive in an IT operational environment understanding how to integrate new systems and ensure they align with the companys overall technology vision.
You are a skilled and fluent negotiator in English capable of driving conversations to successful outcomes
You are a natural collaborator with a deep sense of curiosity and a passion for learning that you eagerly share with your team.
You excel at uniting people effortlessly coordinating multi-functional teams and stakeholders to move projects forward.
You are customer-focused with a sharp ability to understand business requirements and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
