Job Summary

As an IT System Engineer in the Technical Application Services department you will be part of a dedicated team that supports our customers every day with stable secure and modern IT solutions.
You not only bring technical know-how but also personality team spirit and an eye for our customers.
Operation maintenance and further development of IT infrastructures (on-premises & cloud-based) in the areas of Linux Microsoft databases Analysis and troubleshooting (3rd level support).
Automation of recurring tasks (e.g. with Bash PowerShell Ansible or similar).
Close cooperation with customers and internal teams to continuously improve our services.
Documentation monitoring and performance optimization of the systems.

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

Qualifications :

Youve completed training or studies in the IT sector or comparable qualification.
You have sound knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments database systems operating system management Active Directory and ideally basic knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure M365).
You have experience in dealing with monitoring and ticket systems Independent structured way of working and high customer orientation.
You have strong communication skills the ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented mindset.
You are business fluent in German and fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- Certifications (e.g. LPIC MCSA MCSE ITIL) e.g. LPIC MCSA MCSE ITIL).
- Experience with IT security backup strategies and disaster recovery Interest in DevOps approaches and scripting.
