Job Description
Project Architect
Arquitectonica is an award-winning design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 400 employees located in eleven offices. Our West Palm Beach office is seeking Architects with 5-8 years experience to join our include Luxury Residential Office Hospitality and Mixed Use/Retail.
As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design documentation and construction of our projects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand both architectural design and documentation processes
- Develop prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials
- Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches
- Generate and execute red-lined revisions
- Collaborate and coordinate with project consultants
- Analyze and prepare program space planning and area calculations
- Work independently and with your team to meet project budgetary and schedule constraints
- Construction Administration experience and capabilities preferred but not required
Minimum Requirements
- Professional accredited degree in Architecture
- 6 years continuous professional working experience
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
- Experience in detailing and construction documentation
- Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects; office experience is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills attention to detail motivation to learn
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
- Licensure or ARE progress

Compensation
Compensation will be based on the candidates experience and abilities.
This is a full-time role based in our West Palm Beach office. Please note:
