Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday 3pm-8pm -We value flexibility and look forward to collaborating to build a strong schedule.

Client Bio:
Caregiver for Two Young Boys (Behavioral/Attendant Care) Were seeking an engaging and reliable caregiver to support two active boys in their home environment. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy structure and a role-modeling presence to help promote independence and social skills. Note: This family has expressed a comfort preference for a caregiver who connects well with young boys and can provide active outdoor engagement.
This client is quick-witted intelligent and has an impressive sense of humor that makes every interaction enjoyable. Known for strong problem-solving skills and a passion for gaming this client thrives when exploring new challenges and creative outlets. Music and anime are favorite interests offering both comfort and inspiration. The client values understanding and connection preferring support from caregivers who communicate calmly and provide time to process and respond. Encouragement to stay active maintain daily routines and express individuality helps this client feel confident and engaged in everyday life.
Requirements: Experience with children valid drivers license reliability and strong communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver with KIDS NW your day will include a mix of personal care daily support and meaningful connections. This role is hands-on deeply personal and designed to make a real difference in someones life.
All Things ADL (Activities of Daily Living): Providing support with bathing grooming oral hygiene dressing toileting incontinence care and mobility assistance. Youll also help with mealtime prep safe feeding and encouraging healthy routinesall while ensuring dignity and respect are at the center of care.
Adventures & Outings: Supporting members in the communitywhether its a walk in the park grocery shopping attending appointments or grabbing ice cream. Youll make sure activities are safe enjoyable and accessible.
Life Skills & Confidence Building: Teaching and modeling skills like cooking simple meals practicing money management following step-by-step instructions and strengthening social cues. Your encouragement helps members gain independence and pride in their progress.
Personalized Care in Action: Following individualized care plans and adapting them to each clients unique needs. This may include using visual aids step-by-step prompting or behavior support strategies to guide positive engagement.
Daily Check-Ins & Progress Tracking: Monitoring health and wellness documenting medication reminders noting behavioral changes and celebrating daily wins. Youll keep accurate records so our team can provide consistent high-quality support.
Position Requirements:
Own a smartphone or mobile device (required for clocking in/out and staying connected).
18 years of age or older
CPR & First Aid Certified Already certified or willing to complete at hire (employee covers costwell guide you).
At least 1 year in care roles such as caregiver teachers aide behavior support staff or similar hands-on work.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a state background check and complete fingerprinting if required by the State of Oregon.
Drivers Safety Some members need rides so we may ask for a valid drivers license and auto insurance to keep everyone safe on the road.
