Job Title: Bank Staff Nurse ICU
Location: Cromwell Hospital 164-178 Cromwell Rd London (SW5 0TU)
Contract: Bank
Hourly rate: 32.00 per hour Monday- Friday Day
35.20 Per Hour Monday- Friday Nights & Saturday Days
36.80 Per Hour Sunday & Bank Holiday

Cromwell Hospital is an internationally renowned private hospital located in the Kensington area of London. We offer treatment for both adults and children and provide world-class care to our patients.

Caring for Level 2 and Level 3 patients you will come across a wide range of cases which include Colorectal Orthopaedics Cardiothoracic Lung surgery Renal Transplants Vascular Liver Robotics Neuro Maxillofacial and Medical patients.
How youll help us make health happen:
- Assess plan deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care for Critical Care patients.
- Work within a team supervising and directing more junior staff and deputising for Senior Staff Nurse as required.
- Act as a clinical role model for all members of staff driving high standards of care at all times.
- Collaboratively working with MDT which consists of Doctors Pharmacists Dieticians Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Infection Control & Tissue Viability Nurses to ensure the best quality of care is provided.
- Adhere to all hospital policies procedures best practice and NMC codes with due care and attention
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Registered General Nurse and NMC PIN required
- Current nursing experience in Critical Care
- Desire to develop both professionally and personally
- ICU / Mentorship Course would be advantageous
- Desire to develop both professionally and personally
