This position offers a unique opportunity to join a TOP 100 automotive dealership group and a Tampa Bay TOP Workplace providing comprehensive executive administrative support including scheduling correspondence document preparation and reporting at our executive offices in St. Petersburg FL.
A HIGH level of professionalism requiring the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information is REQUIRED!
- Experience as an Executive Assistant is highly preferred!
- Experience as an Executive Assistant for an automotive dealership is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including scheduling correspondence document preparation and reporting.
- Develop maintain and manage documents spreadsheets presentations and databases in Excel Word PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Coordinate and manage projects and events ranging from small internal meetings to large-scale gatherings of up to 600 attendees.
- Serve as a communication point for leadership team members vendors and partners.
- Track deadlines deliverables and priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Support long-term and short-term planning including project timelines and event logistics.
- Assist in developing procedures and workflows that improve organizational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 particularly Excel (advanced functions formulas and data management) SharePoint Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude with the proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
- Excellent organizational time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of leadership within the organization and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and events including logistics planning and execution.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale automotive industry.
- Desire to learn and grow within the automotive sector if not already experienced.
- Experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
