Job Summary

As a Production Technician youll play a vital role on our Production Team working in our production lab to test and certify refurbished equipment. This unique position offers hands-on experience with an extensive range of network equipment that few IT professionals ever get to work with plus exposure to diverse enterprise network environments.
Job Purpose
Network Production Technicians ensure the quality and reliability of our equipment through comprehensive testing and refurbishment. Youll inspect items for physical condition update firmware troubleshoot technical issues and verify all standard accessories are included. Your attention to detail will help maintain our high standards for customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be:
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills
- Knowledgeable about networking concepts and equipment
- Methodical and thorough in following technical procedures
- An effective team player with excellent communication skills
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
- Motivated to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications (recommended)
- Cisco CCNA Certification
- 2 years experience in IT networking or related technical field
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Windows Office 365)
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code terminal and GIT
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and repair
Physical Requirements
Position requires the ability to both sit and stand lift up to 40lbs and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
