JOB SUMMARY
UConns Research Integrity and Compliance Services within the Office of the Vice President for Research is seeking an experienced Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) professional to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Research Compliance the IACUC Program Specialist (Administrative Program Support 4) will work closely with researchers IACUC program staff Animal Care Services and other University offices to ensure the Universitys animal care and use program maintains compliance with federal state and local regulations and policies governing the use of vertebrate animals in research and position does not involve the provision of direct care to animals but is a research compliance oversight position.
