About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing gaming startup based in Bangkok currently expanding their creative team. They are seeking a talented and versatile 2D Artist who is passionate about games and eager to help bring imaginative worlds to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D game assets including textures illustrations and concept art that align with project goals.
- Work across varied art styles such as pixel art cartoon realistic and illustrative.
- Uphold artistic standards and ensure consistency with direction from the Lead Artist and Art Manager.
- Mentor and support junior artists sharing best practices and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with designers developers and other artists to visualize concepts and refine ideas.
- Maintain and update existing in-game assets and assist in creating marketing and promotional materials.
Required Qualifications
- Deep passion for video games and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English for effective professional communication.
- Proven experience designing characters backgrounds UI/UX elements and logos.
- Advanced experience using Wacom tablets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Jira Confluence and Zeplin.
- Strong ability to work independently and create both character and environment designs.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of game production pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with different game genres platforms and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Spine or similar 2D animation tools.
Additional Information
- This is an on-site position based in Bangkok.
- Remote work is not available at this time.
