Position Purpose:

IKONIC is looking for fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science who are eager to kickstart their professional journey through hands-on experience and mentorship. We are offering internship opportunities in the following departments:

• Business Development Department
• Project Management Department
• Human Resources Department

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field with 06 months of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

BD Intern Responsibilities & Requirements

• Segment prospects based on compelling events and key research points.
• Participate in training sessions sales meetings and shadow sales calls and demos.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand IKONICs products and services in depth.
• Maintain and update client databases (CRM) to ensure accurate lead tracking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales client interaction and business growth within the tech industry.
• Basic understanding of software solutions SaaS products or IT services is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

HR Intern Responsibilities & Requirements

Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes particularly for technical roles such as developers engineers and designers.

• Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn job boards and other digital channels.
• Screen resumes conduct initial assessments and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support employer branding efforts through content outreach and event coordination.
• Prepare recruitment reports analytics and hiring dashboards.
• Collaborate with the IT team to automate or enhance recruitment workflows where possible.

Project Management Intern- Responsibilities & Requirements

• Assist in project planning and execution
• Help manage project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate communications between team members and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and report any issues
• Maintain project documentation and record meeting minutes
• Support the development of project plans and schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of software solutions SaaS products or IT services is a plus.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in managing communications and follow-ups.
