You will be part of a home appliances support project (brand not disclosed) providing high-quality service to customers in Italian via telephone email and live chat. Whether you already have customer service experience or are starting your career journey your fluency in Italian and good English (B2 level or above) will be the keys to success in this role.
As part of our team you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers answering their questions and resolving their issues with professionalism and empathy.
Manage a variety of communication channels including incoming calls emails and live chat ensuring a prompt and accurate response.
Log interactions clearly in our systems ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
Provide technical guidance and support related to home appliances troubleshooting problems and explaining solutions in a clear and friendly manner.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex queries efficiently.
Keep up to date with product features updates and processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse multicultural setting
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (advantageous but not mandatory)
Knowledge of home appliances or technical support is a plus
Previous experience working abroad
Flight tickets to Lisbon fully covered by the company
