Your Role

As a Graduate Hardware Engineer youll join a dynamic team working on the design development and testing of innovative hardware solutions. Youll be involved in projects that deliver new devices and improvements for our high-availability systems with a focus on sustainability and performance

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop high-speed digital and analogue circuits.

* Create schematics and support PCB layout and design.

* Assist in testing debugging and qualification of new hardware designs.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware into complete systems.

* Support product improvement initiatives and documentation.

Who You Are

* A recent or upcoming graduate (2025/2026) with a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Mechatronics Physics or a related discipline.

* Passionate about hardware design and embedded systems.

* Familiar with microcontrollers digital/analogue electronics and schematic capture tools.

* Comfortable using lab equipment (oscilloscopes logic analysers multimeters).

* Interested in sustainability and innovation in hardware engineering

Preferred (but not essential) Skills

* Knowledge of FPGA and VHDL.

* Understanding of motor control sensors and switching power supplies.

* Practical soldering skills including SMT components.

* Awareness of high-speed digital interfaces (e.g. DDR LVDS).
