Key Responsibilities
Strategic Assistant to Chief P&O Officer
Coordinate POLT meeting agenda shaping facilitation minutes and summaries and ensure adherence to POLT governance processes.
Organize POLT offsites and country visits attendance content guidance content creation overall organization briefings delivery post-work.
Strategic content guidance for key P&O function channels e.g. P&O Town Hall P&O Quarterly Connect Calls P&O Monthly Newsletter.
P&O Leadership Forum content creation overall core team organization delivery post-work.
External Chief P&O Officer presentations internal presentations: Board of Directors ECN NEF plus ECN P&O topic coordination.
Lead and coordinate the POLT Strategic Assistant and other key strategic cross-functional communities.
ESG IR point of contact ESG indicator definition (supported by PTDI); ESG Management Scorecard coordinate yearly definition of P&O content and sign-off by Chief P&O Officer; quarterly reporting owned by PTDI.
P&O Strategy Lead (GPO)
Global Process Owner for P&O strategy development and monitoring including strategic planning cycle with key stakeholders (such as P&O priority setting).
Support integrated global P&O-to-Enterprise delivery plan covering end-customer impact with both business-as-usual and change portfolio.
Essential Requirements
Many years experiences in P&O or another area such as commercial finance management consulting where you have proven strategic planning and execution within a global organization.
The capability to be a strategic partner to the Chief P&O Officer supporting challenging advising passionate to absorb every moment to learn and apply it.
Strong stakeholder management skills at executive and senior leadership levels with the ability to manage and drive decision-making at CHRO executive team and key leader level.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms for data management collaboration and reporting to turn insights into recommendations quickly
Proactive approach to anticipating leadership needs and delivering timely support.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.
Desirable Requirements
Understanding the complexity and dynamics of the company headquarters.
Passionate to absorb all opportunities of international travel (e.g. country visits etc.).
Familiarity with ESG frameworks and investor relations practices.
