The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Utica is seeking a Staff Educator
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: Primarily 8am-4pm Day Shift -can be flexible with hours (Mon-Fri)
Salary Range: $90000-$95000 per year with benefits (flexible)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Staff Educatorto join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Utica. In this role you will play a critical part in staff development clinical education and infection control. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based educational programs that promote the ongoing professional growth of our nursing team while maintaining infection control protocols that ensure the safety of our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement evidence-based quality education programs to enhance staff competency and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
Collaborate with management staff and external partners to assess integrate and evaluate educational needs and resources.
Develop review and update training manuals policies/procedures job aides and clinical pathways.
Educate staff on clinical policies criteria and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Conduct new staff orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Conduct quality review audits of the clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.
Requirements:
New York State RN License required.
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
Ability to foster a positive learning environment and ensure staff compliance with healthcare standards.
