What Youll Do

Architect and deploy AI agents capable of handling complex high-volume customer interactions
Continuously iterate on performance reliability and user experience to drive measurable business outcomes
Run experiments and evaluate the latest text and voice models for real-world performance
Identify cross-customer patterns and insights to guide platform evolution and model improvements
Collaborate with product and research teams to deliver scalable intelligent solutions for enterprise use cases

What Were Looking For

Strong engineering background with experience building production AI or distributed systems
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
Deep understanding of LLMs prompt engineering or conversational AI frameworks
Entrepreneurial mindset thrives in fast-paced high-autonomy environments
Experience deploying AI applications in customer-facing or enterprise-grade settings
Must be able to work on-site in Manhattan (likely near Greenwich Village)
