Curious about what a Regional HR Manager does here Lets take a look at your mission and the impact youll have on our team and culture.
As our Regional HR Manager youll be the driving force behind our HR agenda across Southeastern Europe CEE & CIS. Youll blend strategic HR Business Partnering with hands-on HR Operations making sure our people strategy aligns perfectly with business goals and that our HR services run smoothly.
Heres what youll be up to:
  • Be a trusted advisor: Partner with regional leaders and managers to shape effective people strategies guide workforce planning talent management and succession planning.
  • Champion our culture: Foster employee engagement promote our values and support career development and mobility.
  • Lead HR operations: Oversee onboarding offboarding contracts HRIS data and employee records. Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
  • Drive recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
  • Support learning & development: Identify training needs implement global learning programs and coach managers in leadership and HR best practices.
  • Deliver insights: Provide reporting and analytics on HR metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.
Your profile
So far a quite interesting position isnt it Well then in order to feel fullfilled within this Job your ideal profile looks more or less like this:
  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1015 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP and HR Operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and employment practices.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple countries or business units.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • English C1 and Greek C1 (additional regional languages are always a plus).
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
  • Leadership influence and change management skills.
  • High integrity confidentiality and a data-driven mindset.
