As a Regional Talent Development Manager at MKS you will partner with the Global Talent Management team and regional HR Business Partners to design and implement impactful talent development strategies across this role you will report to the Sr Manager Global Learning and Development based in the United States.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Developing and executing regional talent management strategies aligned with global Talent Management objectives
Leading performance management processes and coaching managers on feedback and development
Designing and delivering leadership and personal effectiveness programs tailored to regional needs
Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners
Supporting culture and belonging efforts by integrating inclusive practices into talent programs
Leveraging talent analytics to measure program effectiveness and generate actionable insights
Travel Requirements: over 15 %
Skills You Bring:
Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field
Several years of experience in talent management and learning & development preferably in a multinational environment
English proficiency
Strong understanding of cultural nuances across EMEAI
Proven experience designing and implementing talent programs
Proficiency in Workday
Preferred Skills:
Certification in psychometric assessments (e.g. DiSC Hogan)
Instructional design experience and/or certification.
Experience with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate).
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
