Zur Verstärkung unserer IT-Abteilung Enterprise Applications innerhalb der Kelvion Holding GmbH am Standort Herne suchen wir ab sofort einen/eine:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Ganzheitliche Beratung der internationalen und zentralen Fachbereiche zur Weiterentwicklung der Prozess im Finanzwesen und Controlling
- Anpassung Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung mittels Customizing in SAP FI und SAP CO
- Schnittstellenbildung zu relevanten anderen SAP Modulen wie z.B. SAP-SD SAP-PP etc.
- Durchführung von komplexen Ist-Analysen und Erstellung von Soll-Konzepten
- Länderübergreifende Template-Gestaltung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen und Key-Usern
- Durchführung und Qualitätssicherung von Customizing für Korrekturen Changes und in Projekten
- Organisation und Durchführung von SAP-Anwenderschulungen und SAP-Tests mit Key-Usern und Fachbereichen
- Konzeption von innovativen Lösungsansätze für bestehende oder neue fachliche Anforderungen
- Erstellung fachlicher Lösungskonzepte und deren Implementierung im Zuge von SAP-Rollouts und kontinuierliche Optimierung der vorhandenen Implementierungen
- Unterstützung bei unternehmensweiten Projekten im SAP Umfeld
- Projektbezogene Steuerung von externen Beratern
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen
Ihre Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- IT SAP-FI SAP-CO
- Projekterfahrung auf Unternehmens- oder Dienstleisterseite in den genannten Bereichen
- MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Gute Customizing Erfahrung im SAP-FI/CO
- Zuverlässiges systematisches und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
- Eigeninitiative Engagement Zielorientierung Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Team und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

To strengthen our IT department Enterprise Applications within Kelvion Holding GmbH at our Herne location we are currently seeking a:
Inhouse Consultant SAP FI/CO (m/w/x)
Your Tasks
- Providing comprehensive consulting services to international and central departments on the further development of processes in finance and controlling
- Adaptation configuration and further development through customizing in SAP FI and SAP CO
- Creating interfaces to other relevant SAP modules such as SAP SD SAP PP etc.
- Conducting complex actual analyses and creating target concepts
- Cross-border template design
- Close cooperation with related departments and key users
- Implementation and quality assurance of customizing for corrections changes and projects
- Organization and implementation of SAP user training and SAP tests with key users and departments
- Designing innovative solutions for existing or new technical requirements
- Creating technical solution concepts and implementing them as part of SAP rollouts and continuously optimizing existing implementations
- Supporting company-wide projects in the SAP environment
- Project-related management of external consultants
- Analyzing and troubleshooting
Your Qualification
- Completed training/degree in business administration business informatics or a comparable qualification
- IT SAP-FI SAP-CO
- Project experience on the corporate or service provider side in the areas mentioned
- MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Good customizing experience in SAP-FI/CO
- Reliable systematic and service-oriented work style
- Initiative commitment goal orientation assertiveness and teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
