About the role:

Technology drives what we do. Plain and simple. As were going through a huge change as a business we need a solid team with us who are committed to driving our tech forward.

Youll play a key part in migrating our platforms from our own servers to the cloud. This will give you hands-on experience with a range of technologies including Infrastructure-as-code to build and manage environments automatically and Azure DevOps for creating automated pipelines that build and release software. Youll also work with Docker and Kubernetes to run applications in containers and use PowerShell and other scripts to automate tasks.

Youll also get to work with both Windows and Linux servers as well as SQL databases. Additionally youll learn how our applications are built using Framework and C# gaining a solid understanding of the entire development lifecycle.

As a member of the team youll help project teams use our cloud environments efficiently and collaborate with our brilliant in-house security and auditing teams. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on our migration projects from day one.

About you:

• On track for a 2:1 or higher in a degree or Masters degree that includes a 12-month placement covering cloud computing concepts (IaaS PaaS and SaaS) CICD Containerisation and IaC (Infrastructure as code)
• Youre self-motivated and eager to learn with a self-motivatedattitude to handle any new challenge.
• Yourambition is clear through your passion for analytical and programming skills and commitment to building a great career.
